I. TA provides multi solutions for PCR tube combination to primary tube packaging.
We offer PCR HDPE for the tube body, and PCR PP for the cap.
Clients could follow our standard PCR using percentage, or we could customize your PCR personal care tube pack.

The usage of PCR tube is very versatile, the usage could be PCR cosmetic tube,

Co-Ex Tube
Co-Extruded multi layers Tube Sleeve is a professional process of making premium cosmetic tube containers.
By using several extruded machines to melt the PE/Adhesive/EVOH/Adhesive/PE resins to structure the multi layers.
This is the most efficient method of manufacturing multi layers cosmetic tubes and there is no sealing mark on the tube surface.
After molding the tube sleeves, the tube length is decided by cutting machine. In this process, the tube color could be customized to any color you want.
