How to build a PE tube sleeve

There are 3 steps of manufacturing tube sleeve
- Extruding system
- Cooling system
- Cutting system

First of all, we put the plastic resin into the extruder machine, and the resin start to pass by the screw which is heated by a very high temperature. In this process, the resin changes its type from solid to liquid. Once the melting plastic flow runs into the round mold, we could find sleeve shape in the mold. By adding colored resin, the tube color could be changed such as nature, white, black, or any other PANTONE colors.

Secondly, the tube sleeve shifts to cooling system which has 3 steps cooling device to decrease the temperature on the tube surface.

Finally, the tube sleeve moves to the cutting machine to determinate the tube sleeve length. Manufacturing a plastic tube sleeve body is just like making a straw for beverage. It’s fun to watch!
