Diameter 16mm PE tube packaging normally can be applied on small capacity cosmetics, skincare product, eye cream, essence, moisturizing gel, travel pack or some give away samples.

The capacity of diameter 16 tube packaging can be customized through changing tube length. Volume range from 5ml ~ 15ml. (0.17oz ~ 0.51oz)
As to the decoration of the cosmetic tube packaging, I.TA can make custom tube color and provide private printing or labeling on the tube body, cap color can also be customized or metalized.
The tube sealing part can be either tail sealing or foil temper sealing. Depends on where do you fill your formula into the tube packaging.

Decide Tube Volume and Diameter

First, we need to decide the volume of your product, and then click the photo to see which tube diameter you can use. The tube diameter is set, and we can control the tube length to adgust the tube volume.

Choose Cap Model

Second, we need to choose the cap model. After choosing the cap you want, we have a rough tube shape in our mind.

Printing Artwork Confirm

Then, it's time to put our printing artwork onto tubes!

Sampling

After deciding the tube diameter, length, color, and printing artwork, we can move to sample process. The sampling process takes 14 days to make you a physical sample. Please do the compatibility test, volume checking and other test needed in this process.

Sampling Approved

If you are satisfied about the tube samples, we can move to mass production process. On the contrary, please do let us know if there's anything you want to adjust.

Mass Production

The mass production takes about 45 days, our team will keep updating you about the condition.
